Best of 2013 Gallery: The Year in Photos

Ten years ago this month I was packing my bags for the adventure of a lifetime in the Philippines. That Peace Corps assignment in Dumaguete turned out to be just the beginnning of what has become my dream job—traveling the world as a photographer. Looking back on the photos from the past year has become an annual tradition; a way to take stock of where I’ve been and where I’m going. 2013 was full of highlights and adventures, hope you’ll enjoy looking through this collection as much as I enjoyed shooting the photos over the past 12 months. Highlights included assignments to Sulawesi in Eastern Indonesia, scuba diving with turtles in Gili Trawangan, mantas on Nusa Lembongan, the biggest swell to hit Indonesia in a decade, the Metallica concert in Jakarta, and a long overdue return visit to Dumaguete in the Philippines just to name a few.

Please feel free to share the download link with any friends or family who might also enjoy this collection. If you have any questions about any of the shots here, I'd really appreciate if you took a few minutes to post them in the comments below--would be great to hear from you.

Hope you had a great 2013 and here’s to a great 2014!
