A pristine reef perching on the ledge of the Tubbataha UNESCO World Heritage reef; Palawan, Philippines. Every year, the reef's park rangers apprehend poachers from as far away as China making bandit runs in an attempt to haul in a big catch and escape to the lawless areas of the South China Sea.
