Nothing says ‘vacation’ or ‘tropical’ like a stretch of Caribbean blue water the color of a sapphire beside a deserted white sand beach with coconut palm trees leaning out to give you a shady spot to stretch out underneath. Unfortunately there’s less and less of these types of beaches left in the world as beach resorts move in to grab the last available stretches of white sand beach. I’ve heard the Maldives has some of the best, but unfortunately rising sea levels might cover them up in a few decades…but I digress.
